should know, though, and not just guess or assume otherwise. He had a contract to kill him and still gives you the reward money even though Fist is still alive. That job is half done, to use his phrase. The contract was not fulfilled. I don't think that is something that should be taken for granted.

) What is Wrex, about 1000 years old? It's been a while since I read up on him, but I think he's known all over the galaxy. He's a battle hardened verteran-mercenary-soldier of fortune, etc., that's been around the block quite a few times. You don't get that far being careless.
If it's not a dev oversight, then I think that it probably should be considered as one, especially considering what he says at the club when he does kill Fist himself. The best I recall, whether you killed Fist yourself or let him go, there's no deviation in his response to Shepard at all at the elevator later on.
