Go back to Ruck (or Orzammar). Buy lots of health potions. Tactic your players to drink potions. Kill the spider.

The Spider Queen is easy, and I'm sorry your having difficulties. Beat her down, and if she is owning you on the overwhelm, make sure its your *tank* character that she is over-whelming. He can either take it, or not. Either way. .
Beat her down, then she spawns 4 minions, use the option to select your WHOLE GROUP and move them away from her initial spawn point. Beat the 4 spiders down, take a break, regen, then go in, beat her down some more, rinse/repeat. Have leliana use dirty fighting whenever it comes up, Have Alistair shield pummel (not bash) and have your mage (morrigan or wynne) shock of frost on it. keep that b*tch stunned as much as possible, especially if she begisn to *over-whelm*.You cannot keep up with heals if you use Wynne alone, so derive a tactic that your tank will use a Health Poultice at 50% and anyone squishier uses a lesser at 50%. Plus, if you are not investing in basic tactic like If Enemy > Target of party memeber> Main character> attack Or If Self>Any> Threaten (for tanks) then you seriously need to. Tactics may suck any other times, but for basic crap like that, amazing.

If you are attacked by a medium group of enemies ( let's say 4 minions and the corrupted spider queen), you can allways use some Area of Effect spells, it won't be a problem for you if you are playing on easy cause Friendly Fire is disabled.
I don't know really what else to say, if you are having trouble on that fight you should either do a complete make over of all of your characters and make sure you allways have materials for making health/lyrium potions, or just buy them.
P.S: As Tarsiak said you can allways try to lure her back to the bridge.
Goodluck .

As you can tell I don't have much patience.
That much *was* obvious.
Anywho, leliana can still use dirty tricks and Arch, just make sure she has the ability to use bows in combat range, otherwhise, she gets interrupted alot.

Yes, it would be helpful to know who you have, what skills you gave them and all that.

I am not
a tactician. I still don't understand how to use the tactic menu. I don't have
a manual and the lost manual is useless. My tank, as you say, is my character,
I guess; wielding dual weapons. He has 32-strength and 32-dexterity. Lelianna has
30-strength and 32-dexteriety, while Morrigan has 41- magic.

My characters are terribly wounded and I would have to spend an hour back tracking to the camp to re-heal. Why can I just drink a health police and heal everything. Broken bones gaping wounds and head trauma. It will probably take me an hour just to figure out how to get back.
Use Injury Kits to get rid of injuries without going to camp. Another option is using Cleansing Aura, which Wynne can learn as she's a Spirit Healer. Minimum level for that is level 14 though, so you might not have aquired all the spirit healer spells for her already.

Easiest things to do:
If > Self > Any > Activate mode > Threaten
If > Enemy > Target of group member > Target of Main Character > attack (unless this is a tactic for main character)
If > Self > Health > < = 50% > use item > Health Poultice
If you are a main character, then you want yours to kinda look like this
If > Self > Any > activate mode > Threaten
If > Self > Any > activate mode > Rallying cry
If > Enemy > Rank > Elite or higher > attack
If > Enemy > range > closest > attack
If you are a tank type char, this is about all yoo'll get in tactics, so this is pretty much my setup, and everyone else auto-pilots after you
Or, you can click on the 4 dots under your party menu which will select all your party members and assign them all to the same target. Mind you, as long as you have t hem all selected they will no nothing else that auto-attack, so unselect them after you tell them which mob to attack.

Well, Morrigan doesn't have that cleansing aura. She's in my current party. I really hate the thought of having to go all the way back to the beginning of the "Paragon of her kind." I have already spent several hours getting to where I am now. I really hate this. This is not having fun. This is madness.
Mobs don't respawn behind you (except for rare instances if you trigger a quest). So just trot back, use your map to fast trave, then fast travel back
