skip talents  / spells in the skill tree. i still want to have to be at the required lvl and other requirements just be able to skip a few so i could get other ones

Yeah. Open ABI_base.xls. In the column "prereqability" set them all to 0. Save, run ExcelProcessor, put the output in your override.
