I don't think that omega is the end.samgrave wrote...
Is anyone else wondering whether or not the upcoming "Omega" DLC to ME 3 will the the final chapter to the original ME trilogy saga? The indications I have of this is that Bioware is already underway with the new ME game (ME 4?) and that usually means that resources aimed at the preceeding game in the series is stymied. An example of this is how tentative plans for an additional DLC for Dragon Age II was shelved in order to concentrate the efforts on DA III. I was wondering if we can expect a similar fate happening Mass Effect? Following the release of of Omega, have we seen the last of Commander Shepard for all future? Perhaps a kind staff member could instill or dispell the last remaining hope for us to see Shepard again by answering a simple "yes" or "no" to this question?

logic says that all other ME3 projects are not a priority

Yep, that's kinda what worries me too. In that respect, Omega does not seem to do much to wrap up this one final hurrah. I had hoped for a DLC that would wrap up the final end pieces and say "That's all folks, this is it! I fear that ME 3 fate will just be neglected and fall into oblivion, with any potential "end DLC" that may have been planned not ever getting to see the light of day, much like what happened to Dragon Age II.X-Com_Psi_Amp wrote...

depends how much they actually developed prior to the actual game being released, maybe every DLC thats ever going to be done is done and just waiting on timelines to be shipped out

He did? When and in what context? Wasn't he simply referring to more multiplayer campaigns or "Alternative Appearance Packs"?known_hero wrote...
Priestly already said more dlc is on the way.
Is Omega the last large-scale DLC in the Sheperd saga or will there be one last hurrah?

Either way it means collecting more war assets for no apparent reason other than collecting war assets

well going by whats being talked about and confirmed posts on twitter there will be atleast 1 more big single player dlc as they got every mass effect writer working on it so might be big or might just mean all your squad m8s get to say hi.

And squeezing out another 15$ for 2 hours of lazy fan service from the drones.

my friend told me that Bioware was (possibly) making this big DLC called "Project X " and in order to buy it you need all the mass effect 3 dlc (I think single-player only ) but I don't know if its true or notsamgrave wrote...

So Citadel was the end of the line. Is there any chance of at least seeing another patch or even an Alternative Appearance Pack, or are the books completely closed on the ME trilogy now, as in, even the cosmetic ones?
I am fairly confident--but not 100% certain--that we will see one more alternate appearance pack and one more weapons DLC.
For the Weapons DLC, I would expect to see the three Collector weapons (Collector Sniper Rifle, Collector Assault Rifle, and Collector SMG), and the four weapons previously exclusive to the Collector's Edition of ME3 (Eagle Pistol, Hurricane SMG, Crusader Shotgun, and Valiant Sniper Rifle).
Please note that I do not know any of this for sure and this is pure speculation on my part.

Judging by your gut-feeling, when would be a good time to expect any of this, should this be the case?RedCaesar97 wrote...
