Probably because 15 year old boys are easily repelled by zombies with big swaying junk coming right at you. I'm not saying that they try to lure these guys in with banshee-oysters, but those things are a little more subtle as they don't require coding for the... err.... 'pysics' of that certain delicate part, and do not look as much out of place as the big one-eyed boa constrictors the husks obviously boast. Besides, which developer (male OR female) would go out of his/her way to design frontal nudity in a videogame when there's no obvious marketing value?
