I was the last man standing on Reactor and was being chased around the map by a Banshee. I had what seemed like a clever idea - I would lure the Banshee into the reactor core and fry her. However, I was still pretty new to the game and only had a vague awareness of how the Reactor worked.

As my teammates watched on in horror in spectator mode I proceeded to hit the button on the reactor, walk into the core and fry myself. Game over man.

Being killed by a banshee warp on Thessia , I fell down in some kind of pit and reappeared at the LZ 3 seconds later.

I was in the middle of teo phaestons (whatever there called) and dthey one was about to lunge when the other was prepering, when the first hit I was knocked into the other one who was already jumping towards me XD you know the end

Ravager goo is always a nasty one. As for most embarrassing though it would be when I was a melee Krogan and I was just out of sync, might have been some lag but I kept missing my melees, miss, miss, miss, miss. I think there were two geth troopers and they finally downed me. Two stinking normal troopers downed my battle master.

Reaper Gold with pugs, they're all dead. I'm running after completing a hack objective on Ghost (from the extraction point), there's a few ravengers, marauders, and two banshees. So I take off, for a better spot, and I'm sticking left, run through the first set of crates/rooms and a pug says "Don't get killed by a Marauder", I turn the corner and boom, 3 marauders and I'm down.
I rage gel'd twice to the marauders and finished the wave.

Dying in a huddle, getting a revive, go down again. Repeatedly.
I suck hard when getting up - I'm totally without orientation and have no idea where to run to, next.

Pro tip: Hold back, press melee, hold forward, press dodge. Shield goes down, Paladin goes forward, nades do nada. But then you might be eviscerated by the stuff you rolled into, so...

That said: my most embarrassing down: Femfiltrator with Reegar, no need to reload, double-tap light melees a Marauder. This Marauder has a single HP left afterward, and since the PuGs sucked... cost us the match.

Soloed Wave 10 on a PUG Gold match on Reactor Hazard/ Reapers, hit last Cannibal with Overload, killed by a Swarmer before I could do it. No more medi-gel.

The shame.

On Collectors/Silver, an abomination makes its away towards me. I proceed to use all 17 of my Geth Plasma Shotgun shots. I miss them all. The abomination finally grabs me as troopers fire from all sides. The resulting explosion kills me off. On wave 10. I was the last one standing. The whole lobby watched as I experienced my worst moment of fail in gaming.
