I've been trying to find an answer to this for a while. Basically I bought some DLC, The Stone Prisoner and Warden's Keep, and they have both appeared in my entitlements here; http://social.biowar...ntitlements.php   
but I they're still in the available for purchase section in game. Any ideas?

P.S. I did find the section  in the DLC post here about this issue, but it was really ambiguous about where to find the "chat" feature it said I needed.
