Okay I'm just wondering if anyone else is having a similar problem. I'd like to purchase bioware points so I can get warden's keep. However, whenever I try to purchase them I get a message saying that my credit card cannot be verified. I have tried two different cards (one being a debit, which I thought might have been the problem), both have the same error. It's a little frustrating because I'd like to get it downloading. I have never had a problem before with making online purchases.

I can't help you since I am having the exact same problem. It seems that more people are having issues. I truly wonder if anyone has been able to buy gamepoints with a credit card.

I would like to see someone from Bioware either to acknowledge there is a problem or will explain how to get around the problem. For all I know it is due to me being European even though I have the American version of the game.

Having the same problem. Can't purchase with PayPal though. Don't use a credit card, so can't try that.

I wouldn't worry to much about getting it down today. Warden's keep seems to be at least a decent ways into the game, so if you have to play for a couple days without it, it shouldn't matter.
