I'm not sure if you can get a refund (most probably not, especially if the game is bought on-line, but in most countries you can return a product to the shop within a certain period of time and if certain conditions are met, like no on-line product registration etc., and get your money back).

As for the symptoms, many gamers experience similar problems. However, you should contact your neurologist if you suffer from epilepsy or migraine - in both cases playing video games may be not healthy for you. Moreover, headache and nausea occurring when playing a game or reading may also indicate it's the hight time to visit an ophthalmologist. These problems may be also related to other neurological conditions, and you should look for help if the symptoms occur during other activities, if they aggravate or if new symptoms (like loss of balance, unexplained falls, vomiting unrelated to indigestion) emerge.

Would depend on the retailer I expect. Mostly no for new copies, probably. But some shops might let you return an unwanted used copy if you ask before you buy.ask Failing that see if you can still rent a copy.
