I support an army of cats for DAIII.
It's the Catguard! The Vanguard of all PC's!

It wasn't just cats. With the exception of enemies, DA2 had no animals. At ALL. No halla, no cats, no chickens. It's part of why the locations all felt so dead and devoid of life.

I would like to see the return of random wildlife in DA3! And cats, especially cats.

Yes! I support this thread. DA3 should have cats. The more the better IMO.

Cats are so annoying. If they have to be in this game (and they shouldn't) at least let us step on them.

I support cats in DA3:) My kitty, has also given her paw of approval. I think Kirkwall would of been a much happier place with cats....maybe we can see a cameo of Sir Pounce a Lot.

Cat ownership is correalated with the onset of insanity in some humans. Therefore, I hope cats will remain as silent background players, lest the developers intend to inflict mind-warping cat-miasma upon the player.

If you can't ride horses, I do not see why you should own cats.

Times are rough in Thedas, we ate all the horse, cats are next, according to what decisions you make. Finally important decisions in a Bioware rpg, are you a cat or a dog person?

Oh, and I love the grumpy cat pic:)

I want to ride a cat into battle.

That would be, like, awesome.

Cats, dogs, birds and all manner of domestic creatures. If we do visit, say, Val Royeaux, I would like to *feel* that I am in Val Royeaux. Not some poorly rendered, digital-artist's impression of the city.

Hearing and seeing something other than poorly-rendered background elves in the city would be really nice and go a long way toward making the environment more alive.

My kitty and I 100% approve of cats in DAIII.  Preferably death cats trained by the Inquisiton to murder their enemies via tripping them down a flight of stairs.

Ooooh, I was just thinking about cats, and boring my husband about how the only fault with Dragon Age II was, well.. the lack of them! If only Anders had Ser Pounce-a-lot with him at the clinic.. it would have been a MUCH happier place.
So I support the notion that our feline overlords make a glorius return in DAIII! :)

Isn't there one scene (with an unseen cat) that has Anders leaving out a bowl of milk for a stray that disappeared? Could have sworn I saw something like that.

Maybe the refugees from Fereldan ate them. Starving people will eat anything.

You see, thats what was wrong with DA2. There were no cats! Sure they talked about some, but I never saw a single cat. Thats why all the mages in Kirkwall went nuts. They had no cats. Posted Image

Yes, cats are very important to your mental health. =^= We must have some living in the Inquisition HQ. To keep morale up.

I think replacing Mabari Crunch treats with cats is an acceptable compromise.
