I would really appreciate help here as soon as possible!! :)

I am about to make a Fully Voiced Warden mod, and I need all the help I can get. I am new to the toolset and it is a complete mystery to me. But I need all the help I can get. Beacuse I am going to change the way the PC talks in the game, during conversations and during fights, I guess I need to find this PC soundset?? I just dont know where it might be? I am going to create 3 different voices and I do not want the "old" voices to be there anymore, I want the player to have three different options: Nice, cocky or Mean which is going to be replaced with my own voice. I will voice the entire game and all the choices.

Please help me, if you can! Or if you know any experienced modder, please tell me?

You have posted this several times, almost verbatim in the threads here. It's almost painful for me to read the continued postings, so I am going to respond here (and maybe it will prompt others to respond as well).

1) A lot of people disliked voiced protagonist. They prefered to keep the Warden's voice in their head instead of having it sounded out for them. Be prepared for lots of criticism if you do get the mod up and running, even if you feel it's good, 'everyone's a critic'.

2) This seems like a huge undertaking to me, especially for someone new to the toolset. But as you seem pretty determined, the only advice I can give is that there are several how to's for working with the toolset on the internet, just google what you want and you should be able to find something since other's have added dialogue to the game. (Immortality's voiced Ser Gilmore comes to mind). Perhaps most casual gamers don't have the know how to do what you want, (I certainly don't), and don't really have any answers for you, thus no postings on the other threads in response.

3) I am unsure how closely the moderators monitor conversations/threads on the old boards (everyone seems to be paying attention to DA3's boards now), but I'm fairly sure, repeatedly posting the same thread over and over will get you (at the least) a warning.
