I would assume weapons, maybe a little something that will be hidden to get the systems ready if you choose to get Omega before hand.

Hopefully not because I already have all of that lol. Give us new armors and new armor pieces to mess with, and new powers,m advanced N7 classes etc.

I'm pleasantly impressed that the team has decided not to advertise much for this sort of thing. Perhaps they're trying to make amends for saying some very foolish things pre-release?

Well, yeah. You haven't heard? Some of the developers (Primarily Hudson and Walters) said a lot of things pre-release that turned out to be either heavily exaggerated or outright false.

I would love some nice bonus powers from aria or the female turian or even some from mp I don't really care about weapons I just got the last weapon pack.

Probably weapons, but I'd quite like armors. Blue Suns, Eclipse and Blood Pack in preparation for Omega, perhaps?

Alternatively, N7 missions on the multiplayer maps could be cool. I still reckon it's weapons, though.
