I installed ME2 again from steam to play through before i play ME3(which has been sitting onn my shelf since pre-order). The game works fine but all my DLC on the Bioware Social Network dissapeared. I got the message "That Cerberus Code is already in use" i think.
I contacted EA support and after a very long and confusing process they *fixed* my cerberus code and i got afew of the basic DLC listed. Two attempts to get the rest of my DLC rerturned resulted in "we fixed you already bye bye" type answers. Im still missing a lot of DLC such as appearance packs, Kasumi, armor/weapon packs and more (id have to rack my brain which ones).
I noticed too the signup date for my account is not as far back as it should be and im thinking this ME3/origin stuff has reset my account or something.
Anyone able to help?
- Evan
PS:(apparently im not allowed to post in the tech/help thread, this rigmarole for a single player game peeves me right off)

Torrent it.
I ecountered the same problem while doing my full playthrough from start to finish of the Mass Effect Series. I spent about two hours last night with back and forth messages between EA's "support" along with personal information and pictures of my game to prove my claim and it accomplised nothing more than my issue has been escalated to their advanced team.
After that I spent 10 mins on google and found a torrent with all of the DLC in it, went to bed and let it download overnight. This morning I spent 20 mins installing all the DLC (which I know I have previously paid for) without issue and can now play. I'm honestly not expecting a response from them about my account although if they prove me wrong and fix it it may restore some of my faith in them.
