You can watch the Genesis 2 comic there. Pretty much stuffing ME1 and ME2 into a 23 minute slide show. But the most interesting part is that Miranda and Jack aren't romance options. Only Ash, Liara, and Tali for male Shep.

Makes sense those two have no part in ME3

If BioWare wouldn't give those two fair treatment in ME3, they were never going to make it into Genesis. :(

I've read in other forums that to romance Miranda you have to choose "Move on" in the choice to "stay true to your friends". Not sure about Jack.

ME2's half of Genesis makes the ME1 half look like a masterpiece.

Shows how much Bioware cares about ME2 characters and romance

Well, looks like Bioware know they screwed up with the ME2 romances, so at least they're being honest about it.

This.
Let's not jump to conclusions before people have explored all the variables.

What would be the point? Miranda's and Jack's romance arcs truly shine in ME2.

That was short. Shows how little story there was in ME2.

Considering they didn' show recruitment and loyalty missions, yes. They alone provide much more content than ME 1's main missions.

Aw really? Jack is the best female character in Mass Effect. :(

Well yeah. ME2 only had like 2 or 3 story missions. Most of the game was recruitment/loyatly missions. Oh, and planet scanning.

Wrong kind of content, the main story should have been the focus. Or split it 50/50, not 90/10.

I'm sure Wii U players care deeply.

I think they just saved some WiiU players from disappointment. The ME2 romances were fillers, nuff'said.

Best RPG's have a lot of branching side missions with lots of content. Like Baldur's Gate 2, the game which is widely regarded as one of the best games ever.

Mass Effect 1 has pretty poor sidequests....

Nah, it's not like we are not used to ME2's LI being totally sidelined.

why are we should surprise about this?

Jack, Thane, Jacob and Miranda all of them got very little content some of them is waste of potential.

This. Why give them an option for a romance with a character they don't know and won't really get to know? If the thing with Miranda is true, ok, she got pretty much attention for someone who's not a companion. But Jacob, Thane and Jack would be pretty pointless to add.

I'd hate to say it, but considering how Miri, Jack, and especially Thane and Jacob got messed up in ME3, excising their romances from ME2 Genesis just saves the player a headache.

"Stay true to your friends," though? That is complete and utter bull. Even I can't call that anything but heavily weighting the choice toward the ME1 LIs. If the devs wanted to actually do the players a favor, they'd probably push toward Garrus and Tali considering they have better-written romances in ME3.

Kaidan, Liara, Garrus.  Someone please correct me if I'm wrong.

Why even care? If you're so interested, you would've bought ME1 and 2 for another system instead of using that sub-par comic a long time ago.
