Choosing to "Move on" opens up Miranda and Jacob as romances in Genesis 2.
So theoretically one of the options has to unlock Jack and Thane as well. Possibly it's an ME1 decision, but unlikely.
Frankly I think it was completely stupid to hide the ME2 romances besides Garrus and Tali behind choices that weren't even in Mass Effect 2. Whoever wrote the narrative for the comic needs to be b!tch slapped and Bioware should release a patch to undo this convoluted mechanic, or at tell us HOW to use it to get what we want.
