Usually people, especially PUGs, tend to use the most OP builds possible. That's why it's nearly impossible to be in a lobby without at least one infiltrator, although it's not as ridiculous as it was pre-TC nerf.

Since it doesn't get any more OP than Valkyrie + Reegar (), I find it surprising that I've yet to see one.

Doesn't really require any skill. You don't have to aim and she's quite durable thanks to tech armor + drain evo from annihilation field. Perfect for below average players in theory.

On that note, why don't we see more Harrier GI or Raider GI? The only people I've seen playing those classes are ISHYGDDT and Lord_Sirian, respectively.

I prefer to use her with a pellet weapon with warp ammo, but I might try that out some time.

My guess as to why it's not popular is because these "below-average" players are using the other overpowered builds.

I'm quite fond of using the GI with a Raider and Drill Ammo 3.

You don't see Harrier GIs, because the Harrier TGI is about as good (if not better) and even easier to play. Raider doesn't get much use, because most of the playerbase can't or doesn't know how to reload cancel effectively.

The double debuff Valkyrie + Reegar might be the most retarded setup I've ever tried. As amusing as taking down an Atlas in one clip is for the first time, it's just completely braindead to play that way.

I'm not so sure about that. I'd run into lobbies full of GIs and Destroyers if that were the case.

I used to see a lot of Harrier GIs before the Turian Ghost came out. 

I can see why PUGs don't use the Raider GI, you need to get somewhat close and with a squishy class like the GI it's usually a recipe for disaster for them.

Personally, I like the AV with a Wraith.
I use the Reegar on too many other classes, it gets a bit stale. However, I can see the synergy.

funny, when i play pugs, and thats often, i don't see many overpowered builds being used. unless they happen to come across this forum, and even then i don't see it all too often due to people going for challenges. If they want to use them, let them, its all in good fun and honestly, it doesn't take a lot of skill to do well with most of the classes on here

Because pugs are bad enough that they can't even aim with a Reegar and not even Tech Armor is enough to save them if an enemy ever closes within 5m of them.

I wish this weren't the case.

Warp+Piranha for bosses, Acolyte+Af+Detonate to **** mooks up, still gets a cooldown around 160 and with smart choke on the Piranha it's perfect for killing bosses mid-range if you're not comfortable with CQC. I don't think the Reegar synergizes with her well.

You need to use max consumables though, and many people are unwilling to do that in PUGs.

And none of those things will save a bad player from a screwy situation with the fairly squishy character. On the TGI however they just need to press one button to keep themselves going.

reegar make the game too easy , nearly any class can use it and score high
so i don't use it now. only for the shotgun challenge

I like the Claymore better on her. That paired with debuff from warp drops armored **** pretty fast.
