How viable do you guys find Blackrazor in the ToB portion of the game?
Is the blade too buggy to be of use?
As in the haste proc reducing your APM if you are prebuffed buffed with improved haste etc.
Also, speaking of blades.. the kit Blade, using this sword.. would he be viable enough without tensers transformation usage in your opinions?
Is tensers transformation too important to skip to make the Blade shine as else than a tank?
Backrazor viability (ToB)

I'll preface by saying I'm not a ToB expert by any stretch of the imagination. However, doesn't everyone pretty much hit everyone else all the time except in the most extreme AC circumstances (like a blade's defensive spin)? If that's so, why would you need Tenser's for the blade? I would think keeping his or her options open for spells would be better.

My experence;
Tob tanking = ‘Enhanced Bard Song’ (buffs your whole group) which makes any weapon irrelevant.
‘Tenser's Transformation’ = the strength of this spell is that it fits inside of ‘Contingency’ for quick access during ambushes... more important with SCS installed. The ‘Tenser's Transformation’ drawback of no book spells is not that bad because once the spell is no longer needed then you can use spells to finish them off.
Tob melee Dps = I tend to use weapons that have special damage effects like “Kachiko's Wakizashi +3” or “Spectral Brand +5”... IMO weapons with % effects like “Blackrazor” or “The Answerer +4” (my pick) are better in the hands of Fighter classes i.e. people with access to the extra attacks of ‘Whirlwind’... it’s not a hard rule because the Blade might like to use, say “Cloak of the Sewers” to go into spider form then haste herself and thereby have up to 10 attacks. If she does this then the 15% “Blackrazor” should prock every round (assuming you can hit something) so she would get good use out of it.
If you have solid Fighter classes and or mostly sing when not tossing ‘Melf's Minute Meteors’ then the answer is no but in a smaller group of soft targets like mages where sending in the Blade is more critical then yes “Blackrazor” or “The Answerer +4” can help soften up the targets.

I'm pretty sure my level 40 barbarian soloed tactics / ascension using blackrazor. On easy. What's not to like, even if I found out later that every ascension boss that I was carefully level draining was in fact immune to level drain.
