I've always saved everyone in all of my playthroughs. Just look at the Reaper IFF mission as the point of no return mission and do absolutely EVERYTHING you intended to do BEFORE that mission. Every quest you planned to do before you finished the game (unless you planned on saving certain quests until after you beat the game like Arrival for example) and everything you planned on purchasing. Then simply do the Reaper IFF mission, wake up Legion the very moment you get him, do his Loyalty mission, do the Suicide Mission, then you're good.

Yes. Open your save in Gibber and click the Plot tab. It pretty much explains everything in the Notes sub-tab: for all crew alive in the Values sub-tab set the value of "[End] No. of assignments after IFF activation" to 0, and in the Flags sub-tab put a tick in "[End] Cerberus crew alive" and remove the ticks from "[End] Kelly is dead" and "[End] Gardner is dead" and also "[End] Chakwas is dead" if you got her killed as well. You can only do this after you've completed the Suicide Mission, in other words you can bring them back to life and back at their stations on the Normandy as if nothing happened but you can't avoid watching them getting turned into Vegemite before that.

Okay, I managed to solve to problem. My Gibbed was the last official one, so way outdated. v1.0.9.2 has the options I was looking for. Thanks!
