Hello! Bit of a problem here, for which I hope someone can offer constructive advice.

After installing DA, I followed the instructions on the sheet that came with my retail copy -- I went to http://dragonage.bioware.com/redeem where I logged into my EA account.

Up came the expected box for a code, which I duly entered (Shale). I then re-linked to that page, then entered the other code (for the Blood Dragon armor).

I then started DA, assuming that (per the instructions) I would need to log in to my online account, after which I would see some option for installing the downloadable content.

Sure enough, I logged in (and I can see at the bottom left of the DA screen that I'm "logged in"); I clicked on the "Downloadable Content" tab... and up came an empty window. No DLC available.

"Maybe I need to enter the codes again?" I thought. Nope, no dice -- when I try to re-enter the code, I get a nice red error message saying "Unable to redeem code."

When I click on "Online Profile" in the DLC page of DA, it brings up a browser window that appears to be my correct EA/BioWare player account, so I don't think there's a mismatch between how I'm logged in in DA and the account into which I redeemed the codes.

So what's going on here? How hosed am I? And is there any way that I can de-hose myself?

Same thing, it doesn't give you any help. I got mine through Steam and im so confused

I started up the game. There's an option on the main load screen called "Downloadable Content". From there it took me to the page to enter my code. Worked for all my codes, Shale, CE items, and DAO armor. Also purchased Warden's keep, no issues.

refresh your dlc page in da it will show up. My problem is i have downloaded but it will not show up for install

I bought mine through stardock and I did exactly you did and still have no downloadable content. I will keep playing the game, sure I will have multiple plays, but I really like to enjoy my extra 15 dollars worth of game.

Refreshing the DLC page has not worked for me. I've tried everything short of a full reboot of the computer, and I don't think that would do anything.

A lot of people are having this trouble, but they keep deleting any topics about it for some reason.

When I placed in the codes, I was logged in both to the website and in game, got green lettering confirming code but it stated I might to refresh my wallet in game?? I have no idea what that means and my game is not showing the DLC

Probably because everyone keeps making a new one. Only one is needed.

Same. I entered it earlier, around 12 hours ago, and received a confirmed and invalid message. * hours later I install and no dlc, 4 hours later, still nothing. Reinputting codes yield invalid.



Ungh, I knew I should have waited until post launch to enter these keys.

I got mine up on the DLC menu. All of them downloaded 100%, two installed (Feral and Memory Band). Other ones have not installed. I went to the add ins folder, only two are there. Now, the descriiptions don't even show up for the ones which say download. All of them say DAO_PRC blahblah blah. Not pleased. It sucks when you pay extra money and get nothing for it.

Earlier they were deleting all of them, so people had to keep making new ones - they really should have an announcement about this issue along with the status of getting it resolved, then people wouldn't keep making these topics. Or at least sticky one of the the threads on it.

Ok so resetting my game client, and now it is downloading. I was to busy doing the origin story for my dwarf noble to try that. Good luck all, try that?

Restarting the game, the computer, clearing the downloads, checking the account here and on the EA site, and nothing works for me or a lot of people. Just waiting for them to fix it.

Having same issue. Put the codes and have yet to see anything able to be downloaded

One of my codes worked, one for DLC didn't. Removed dashes, it worked. Try that.

Same issue here, entered codes and everything but nothing is available in the download content window in game. So i suspect they just had a mass amount of keys entered and the server got overloaded. I'll wait a cpl more days to see if there is any fix to this issue before i start messing with EA customer support, been through that once for warhammer, i really hope to never have to again.

My codes all worked fine, and said redeemed. There is just nothing showing up in the downloadable content section in the game. Nothing at all. No matter how many times I refresh. Logged in correctly. I was hoping it would go away after playing awhile and then trying again, but it's still here.

I purchased the Deluxe pre-order through Impulse. I had two DLC promo
codes to redeem.  I followed the DLC instructions to the letter, but no
corresponding DLC became nor is currently available (regardless of
updating the in-game wallet, logging in and out, restarting the game). I
got irked and bought some BioWare dollars, to just buy the DLC... the
BioWare dollars appeared on my in-game DLC screen, but there is still
no DLC available.  It makes me ---> 8( .

Ah well, launch days can never be perfect to be sure, but I hope the DLC is available sometime soon.

I got the same thing when I put in my codes. I'm wondering if it's because I forgot to register my game to my account first?

Remind me never to buy a digital copy of a major game on release again. They seem to come with extra problems.

Is this a digital deluxe edition issue? That's what I have too. Do all the people saying it works fine have a non-collectors edition? or a retail box copy?

I redeemed my code for the Stone Golem and thought I was having the same problem. I entered the code and it was accepted, but I couldn't seem to start the download in game. Then I noticed a message that said you might have to update the ingame wallet to start the download. I finally figured out they mean the little circular arrow thing that says something like update points. I clicked that and the download immediately became available and installed just as it should. Hope this helps someone.

Mine didn't appear until I entered my actual GAME key on the fixed version of the PC registration page on this site. Once I did that, everything downloaded. To get it to install, I had to run the launcher as admin in windows 7.

Man, I was hoping for some help here. I got the Digital Delux version from Steam and can't for the life of me figure out how to get the extra content (which I paid 15 bucks for).

Edit: Okay, I figured it out.  I had a 16 digit code pop up in the bottom right of my screen when I loaded the game up via the Steam Launcher.  It's somewhat deceptive in it's wording.  

What you have to do first is log into your EA account in-game.  Then, click on the "Redeem Code" button.  It'll direct you to the Bioware page.  You can sign in with your EA account and it'll give you instructions on creating a bioware account.  Once you've done all this, you're finally directed to the Redeem Code promt.

Enter the code EXACTLY as it appears on the Steam prompt.  It's case sensitive and you need to include the hyphins to make it work.

Hope that helps someone else.  Oh, and there's a refresh button that looks like a circular arrow pointed counter clockwise in the Downloads section.  Click that after you've redeemed your code and it'll start the download automatically.
