Same problem, input codes then nothing shows up. I have the collectors edition. Its a problem at EA's end not the players.

nah, I got the regular version through Steam, same problem. I followed the instructions on the Steam forum , but have nothing to download.

However, it also doesn't show anything to purchase either, so I'm thinking it's just a problem on the bioware/EA end. Hopefully one that will be resolved soon.

Make sure you "log in" when you're in the "Downloadable Content" menu (bottom left corner of screen). Then check your "Download Progress" and "Installed Content" tabs.

I ended up restarting my comp and updating a service pack 2 security issue and then everything downloaded.

Same here I paid for the Digital Delux Pre-Order from Steam, launched the game log in to my EA Bioware account (of another email), register game, redeemed both keys and nooooo DLC... -_-" am kinda angry now... =(

The DLCs for Shale and Blood Dragon Armor (PC version) finally redeemed and downloaded for me, but now refuse to install. I've exited and come back in and such with no luck. I watched them download (armor was fast, golem wasn't) but no luck past that. This, is bull, right along with no toolset to download even after the fubar'd registration finally worked.

Some progress to report.



I started the game, created a character, got past the intro cutscenes, and played for a couple of minutes, then exited to the main menu. From there, I tried clicking (as suggested) on the little counter-clockwise arrow.



At that point I noticed a small dynamic circular effect up in the "Download Progress" tab. Sure enough, when I clicked on that tab both bits of DLC now appeared there. The armor downloaded quickly and then automatically appeared in the "Installed" tab; the "Shale" content... not so quickly. But it does seem to be downloading, at least.



I hope this works for others as well!

WAAAGH!!!!! I have done everything anyone have said and done but still no DLC's. Oh well, guess I will just check back later. I just can't bring myself to hate Bioware, great game by the way, plays great.  No bugs or crashes for me.

my guess is because when codes were registered, you did not have dragon age registered on biowares site. i don't know, but eh, i can deal without the items, i did not plan on using them anyway, i just wanted the armor for mass effect

I haven't registered my game yet but I logged into my EA account when I first played this game. Should I register my game first before I even try redeeming the other 2 codes?

I still have no DLCs; I registered the promo codes before I launched the game - now there's no available content at all listed (it doesn't list them as purchasable either)

I got the digital download version. Said it came with warden and the stone prisoner with the blood dragon armor none have should up are they just installed in the digital download ver.

Same basic problem. I entered the codes on the bioware site and they were all accepted happily enough, but NONE of the bonuses are popping up from the rings for pre-created characters to the Stone Golem to the Blood Armor no matter on my refreshing. Not that any of it is all that big of a deal really and honestly, especially this soon after release during a work week, but it's still kind of worrisome and annoying when it should be seamless, fun and easy. Hope it gets fixed soon!

Same here, nothing shows in DLC page in-game. i've tried re-entering my codes says i cant redeem, tried restarting the game, my computer, logging out and logging in (of my ea profile), and clicking the circular arrow to refresh the page. nothing seems to be working, i got the deluxe digital version from impulse. maybe this is only on the digital download versions of the game?

Got the digital download from Steam and I got 3 codes (got the pre-order). None of the codes are accepted. So yeah - same problem. It'd be nice if they fixed this....
