Look again at that screenshot from my earlier post.
Can you see that "Inventory" in the left panel section ?
Click on it and then look at the right panel.
I got it figured out now. I was editing wrong saved game file. Anyway, do you see any other useful mods that could add to more fun ? playing nightmare difficulty and it is more challenging for sure
