how do i get the stone prisoner in party

i looked in journal and i looked at downloadable content and he was in it and it said 100% but idk wat to do?

Did you restart DAO? And there is a quest to find the stone prisoner, its not actually added automatically to your party.

You may need to complete some of the starting storyline first, once you can travel freely to places on the world map, you should see a wagon on the map to the left of the magi tower. You get a quest there, and then a new spot gets marked on your map.

Make sure you have it checked as Enabled in the Downloaded Content Tab.
