Could someone please help with this problem.
I have entered all 3 Cd keys and no content will come up in the game.
iv tryed loging in and out and
reseting the game but nothing will show up.

I got the same problem, there is nothing in the downloadable content list and I got 0 points.

Even my brother who have not bought the game unlike me got something in the list, I wana know why a pirate player get the list while me, a buyer dont

I had the same problem... I think this problem is vista problem, I fix it by opening the game folder and adjusting the game to run as administrator.

I have XP so its not just a vista problem

It's an ongoing bug that has yet to be fixed or even addressed. The lack of response is what's most annoying. Wish we could see a "Yes we are working on it" at the very least. It seem's to be unfixable in XP, at least that is the case with me.

I bought the collector's addition of Dragon Age but I can't get the Stone prisoner or Blood Dragon Armor. I did only get one key in my package which was for the collectors bonus gear. Should this key also give me the Stone prisoner and the Blood Dragon armor or did my collector's edition not come with all of the keys I need for this content?

There are several solutions as there are several different things that could be going wrong, see The Redeemed DLC Troubleshooring FAQ which lists several things to try to get things working.



There is a beta fix posted by Bioware for some of the issues here
