Forgetting I switched from a Human Infiltrator to a Batarian Sentinel. Banshee warps toward me and I think "no sweat, I'll just roll"... Batarian doesn't move, sync kill insinuates. Random group member says, "Really? You just let yourself be grabbed like that?"

Do not know why, but I die to Nemesis a lot more than most people I play with. When it happens, I quickly gel and hope no one notices the kill-feed.

1. Shadow Strike on a Centurion/Assault Trooper/Cannibal, and as I teleport watching them throw a grenade at a wall, have it bounce back, and kill me as Shadow Strike lands.

2. Any wave 1 grenade death, always seems to happen.

3. Finding out Scions have an insta-kill the hard way. New expansion? Awesome, time to run Collectors/silver to figure out what they're like. Shadow Strike a scion, start heavy melee...oh dear god what the hell my face -Darksaberexile taken down by Scion-

4. Same game, target switches from a collector captain to a possessed abomination as I hit shadow strike. *boom*

Haha, that is awesome! The person I play with most evenings has the same thing happen and it is hilarious, he decided to just start pointing out when it happens for even more laughs. He's just like "Hahahaha, check the kill feed Slim" just so I will bust out laughing.

Edit: BTW, it has been a while since I played with you. I ran into Red Blitz the other day randomly (I seem to recall playing with you 2 and deafmedal). You still play with both of them? If so we should get a game again sometime!

no way on number 2. swarmers are OP. I'd say

I find being shot to death by marauders/cannibals when my character is being hugged by husks to be shameful deaths. Same applies when getting shot to death while abominations hug me.

Does he run around out in the open, rarely taking cover? That is when it normally happens when I am down to healthgate.

I play with Red almost daily and I have not played with Deaf in a while.  I think he is busy doing challenges. I typically play around 7 pm-12 am EST if you wanna get a match going. I must mention my favorite classes tend to be frowned upon by the community.

Saying "I've got this one guys" on retrieve or 4-point objective, only to get killed right before I arrive at it.
2nd Banshee grab in the same match.
5th Phantom spleen-stab in the same match. (Only happened once, but I still feel embarrassed when I think about it.)

Swarmers embarrass the heck out of me if they kill me. Seeing as I can hold a Reaper army at bay alone, it is crazy to think that one little bug that just sneaks up on me manages to bring me down.

As for getting sync-killed by a Brute, any time this happens (or even if he just sneaks up and hits you) you have to say "Oh Crap! A Brute!", especially if you are playing with Relix. He will love you for it!:innocent:

That timeframe may be rough but I will try to work something out to where we get some games in. Any character is fine by me, the majority of the community thinks lots of perfectly fine characters are bad so that doesn't mean anything to me. I will send deafmedal a message too and get him to set something up so he plays with you all as well.

And all of us AreleX players run out in the open rarely taking cover, I just tend to get a bit lucky not to get downed by a Nemesis often at all.
