The Dragoon is the single most dangerous enemy in the game because he moves the fastest, makes no distinct sound, can short range teleport, has a power with high damage + stun + no cooldown, and can kill you within 3 seconds at range.

+ he can't be staggered once he has started his power animation

Going based on the classifications bosses are Banshees,Praetorians,Primes and Atlases..

(Brutes and Scions are "sub-bosses"

of the true boss units Atlases are the easiest

Prime is nothing but a brick with dps. Non sync, no move, nothing.

With enough shield you get it no matter what. The simplest, the easiest.

He has my vote.

Yeah, but you must admit that (Possessed) Scions are "bossier" than a Brute for example.

Atlas is easy. Slow, clear "I'm gonna shoot you animations" and oh yeah...slow.

Primes are slow but they spawn a ton of helper killers that can be trouble. Paetorians cover a lot of ground and can flush you out of positions into fire. Same with the Banshees.

Although brutes are quite easy, my vote goes for Atlas. Slow and can be taken down quite easily.

Brute, but I don't think it was a good choice for this poll.

Take out Brute and put Dragoon instead :P

Dragoons aren't bosses, you say? Well: they have amazing stun resistance, lots of hit points, can melee twice almost instantaneously, have long range firepower, speed, numbers and stealth. They have every single thing every other Cerberus unit has, all in one elusive, agile and sexy package.

I hate them.

Like Brutes, Dragoons are only really a problem when they catch you unaware*.

They don't have great stun/stagger resistance on Gold and below. Regularly stunlocked duos of them between headshots, using either frags/multifrag/scorpion/overload/Biotic and Fire Explosions.

Pyros have better stun resistance than them, thanks to their shields.

They're really less dangerous than Phantoms*, in my opinion.

*They are a nightmare when swarming the extraction, but that only happens when people are stupid enough to try and camp in the extraction zone and let everything come at them there.

I was about to vote for the Brute... but then.... I saw the Phantom. 2-3 shots from an Acolyte? Yeah, easy Phantom kills.

Geth Prime. No sync-kill means a lot. While they can be annoying at times, they're relatively easy.
If "Boss Unit" means enemy with most armor and shield/barrier in its faction...
If any unit without health consider as boss unit as well... guess my choice will go to dragoon.

Scions, as Brutes really aren't bosses. Geth Primes target me every time, but without fail if i'm in the back of a pack. They will curve their shots around anybody else if it means reuniting my face with such plasma-ey goodness.

I voted Atlas. Brutes are much more mobile and though easier to take down they get on top of you quicker.

The Brute is probably the easiest.  The only time you have any trouble handling them is when you're in an open area with a Turian or other class that can't dodge very well.  And even then, you usually can take them down before they even get a chance to do much damage.  However, I don't think Brutes were ever intended to be that difficult to handle 1 on 1.  I think they were intended mainly for cover busting, and they can be pretty effective at that if people are concentrating their fire on another group of enemies.

They should really remake some bosses.
The Banshee should be a very powerful biotic, also should be something more of a glass cannon but a very dangerous one. More damage, much quicker attacks, weaker bubble - yes.

The Atlas is a wandering tank, but still they go down easier.
The Brute, is a joke. He goes down so fast it's not even funny anymore.

The Phantom is a lot more of a boss than a brute, many times more dangerous also.

Really, all boss units are easy to handle alone. It is only problematic when you are overly focused on taking it down, giving other units a chance for the old flank and shank.

It is like shake and bake, but prison style

Ignoring brutes, def the atlas- esp on a map with good cover/walls. Primes can be a pain though, always throwing up the damn turret right behind you and perforating your ass.

Brutes but they're really not on the same scale as the true boses. Otherwise, Atlas. May take a while longer due to shields but I don't feel particularly threatened when I see one.

Geth Prime, no contest. The only boss with no means to extricate a character out of cover in a cover based shooter except spamming a turret that dies in one shot and slowly trundling over to you while growling, and has the worst pain to damage ratio of any boss despite the fact he's a synthetic.

He's basically a giant trooper that slam dances at you fiercely in the vain hope you'll run away like the quarians did. There's a reason three of them spawn.

A lot of people say brutes... but ever get cornered by two of them that continue to simultaneously jump on you or rush you, and then continue to stay on top of you until you either revive/bleed out?

I would say Atlas, just flank it's left side and you'll be away from it's gun.
