Hello,



i have received and email saying my account was banned, and to redeem a new code, but i cant redeem, and support dont answer.





In code redemption page:



“You are banned from the Star Wars: The Old Republic service. You are no longer permitted to register product codes.”





And subscription page:

“This account is not permitted to access the Star Wars™: The Old Republic™ servers.



An email notification has been sent to the email address associated
with this account with more information about what this means and what
steps may be taken to resolve the issue.”
