-reads- I don't see kill I see earn points against them. That can be done through kill and assists .....

That is correct - I mean points not kill.  

If you don't get the point of my post, many people such as YOURSELF are complaining about not getting points from collectors.  It is very clear that collectors don't count.  Not sure why you are trying to be  a smart-aleck when you were complaining about something that resulted from your lack of reading comprehension.  A "Thanks"  is probably more appropriate.

yeah, don't know if it's a glitch, or if it's general, but I just played a match with the Vorcha Sentinel and it didn't count for the challenge. I was at 48820 points before the match, and it was exactly the same after. To make sure, I did a new match again with the same Vorcha, and again didn't add any points to the challenge. Like I said , don't know if it's general or if it just glitched for me, but head's up.

So for the allied challenge you need to be in a team of vorcha or turian or batarians?

Great old style weekenders are back that means that i will not be getting anything again. Bioware stop this not every one can play mass effect all weekend. If it doesn't go back to short missions then I will never get any more commendation weapons and I'm sure I'm not the only person who has A: family members I have to see on weekends and B: work.

You'll get your Comm Pack just fine, its basically as easy as all the last ones when you consider that usually we have to 75,000 points for the singular goal.  It may take a few more matches then normal depending on the level of difficulty you have the game on.

So you don't have time to get a Victory Pack, oh darn.  Stop complaining until there's something to complain about. 

Im new to the multiplayer so how do you get the victory pack, i dont understand how this allied thing works?

victory pack isnt worth it and I am not really into the Ops pack upgrade rather it be missles or medigel increase lol. Increase in the useful areas because i sorta feel i use too many ops packs as it is 5 is too many for me lol

I wouldn't mind another op's pack upgread I use them mostly when soloing or get in a place where I get trapped... no fun when that happens and no one is around to help lol

But when they become the only thing your using out of your consumables most of the time you tend to think I am using way too many of them, I need more of a limite. If the Ops increases ill be out 6 ops a game instead of just 5 or something like that lol

Well my problem was weird, the first time I logged in the game didn't give me the Bounty Weekend screen. Came back later and got it, then it started counting, so I got my pack.

This challenge is broken. Any points obtained from facing collectors doesn't count. Does that mean anything using barriers literally doesn't count as a shield yet disrupter ammo counts barriers as a shield? Way to fail BioWare.

Please read the instructions. They explicitely list all the enemies. And the list includes no Collector units. Barriers and Shields have always been similar but not identical in the Mass Effect universe.

Fun challenge. Some were specifying Cerberus, to increase numbers of shielded bad guys, but I just let it ride with Collectors (none) and Reapers (limited), but still had enough Cerberus and Geth pop up that it went pretty darn fast. Got an Eagle III, no problem, got the Valiant I last week, so I'm happy. The upgrades will come in time. Now back to rocking the joint with my Turians and Batarians (and yes, even a Vorcha on occasion) for the community goal.

Just to re-iterate, BARRIERS do NOT count. You need to attack SHIELDED enemies.

Shields are those blue bars above an enemy. If it's a purple bar, it won't help you towards the weekend challenge.

Meanwhile, how are we doing on extractions? I started the night as a Batarian Soldier, went to Turian Sentinel, then Turian Ghost, and personally racked up around 10 extractions towards the community goal tonight.

Gonna hit it hard tomorrow morning (then break for college football, sorry, LOL). Then grind all Sunday afternoon/evening.

samething for me, I did almost an entire mission anagst the geth solo, and got nada for it  exitted out and came back then the challenge showed up, after it had alreayd been started like 15 minutes..weirdness.

Allied goals are challenges that must be met as a community. If enough players complete the allied goal the entire community gets the victory pack. If we fall short noone gets it. Individual participation is irrelevant .Victory packs are usually available Tuesday / Wednesday
