Great, just my luck, no rare Items in my VP and my Maximum capacity of Ops Survival Packs is still 5 as it was before.

The ops pack upgrade is not in the VP. You must purchase it in the shop. It´s a gold (Rare) one. So SP or PSP will do.
Purchased a few PSP´s (To max. out the boring new kit (Wanted the Drell!!)) and on the fourth (Or was it the fifth?) PSP i got my Ops Pack Upgrade.
BTW...the VP contained the usual consumable crap....as usual and expected. VP never contained rare or UR´s....not as far i can recall it.

Ops pack upgrade will be a rare card in a pack you buy, it doesn't come automatically.jcsj7ster wrote...

I received Victory Pack. What I got is... Sniper Rifle Rail Amp I, 2 Shotgun Rail Amp I, Targeting VI I, Warp Rounds II and III, and Cyro Rounds III.
Oh, well... it's just a bunch of items.

Just a shame we have to wait a whole 5 weeks for another allied goal and not even be certain to have one then. Just doing it is great, the heck with VP really

Ah poop Victory pack - no weapons, no characters, just some lousy ammo enhancements... I got a dud! Oh well, at least I discovered my Turian Sentinel is the only character that could survive Silver... maybe the trick is to add fitness and health and tech armor when levelling up...

There was one weekend event where it included an N7 weapon... Some people complained, said that it meant that undeserving players were getting promo weapons.
Further proof that no matter what they do, BioWare can't win.
