Forums like DA:O PC Tech Support are now read-only history, with Answer HQ being the new provision.
I am not averse to change when it's an improvement. But I don't think this is. Do you?

What's the difference? The old forums didn't help and if the new Hq doesn't help then it's no better and no worse. Find something better to do with your time than take pot shots at Ea. Surprised?

Answer HQ is pretty much similar to the old Self Help forums here from what I have seen, it just feels like it's more jumbled together rather than distinct.

Unlikely, as even the previous version was for user-to-user support. If you wanted to talk to staff, you had to log in and talk to one of EA's "online advisors". Not sure if that has changed too.bmwcrazy wrote...
