I have a couple of games that I love deeply. But most are just plain love, even though i see flaws as well.

ME is more of a love-hate relationship. Not the first one, which I just love (despite the flaws). But the second and third i started to feel really awkwardly ambigious about. Some parts were just amazing but others, like the main plot or the comicesque characters, i was just heartbroken.

just be thankful they are not saying "H8" or other text-speak that continues to dilute the vocabulary and grammar of our tech-dependent youth.

On topic.   Thank you Bioware,  I shall eat my turkey and stuffing, then engage in victorious battle with my other stuffed butter-ball,  the Volus!

Sadly Me3 while beeing good is half the game. Renegade choices are underdeveloped, one joined cerberus and embraced it only to be a alliance puppet in Me3.
Yeah Me trilogy is a great and hell; my room is full of Me posters and stuff BUT let's be honest at some time: Me3 should be BETTER. they had all the time in the world.
Turret sections without purpose..
Unfulfiling Me2 romances
Choices like counsilor, Collector base, rachni queen etc
War assets and NO CINEMATICS MY GOD
WORST final mission in a game EVER.

Some games you can play and you'll forget them fairly quickly. Others will touch you in some way and stick with you for life. The Mass Effect games have given me so much pleasure and turned me from a bit part gamer into someone that plays games several evenings every week. Yes, the Mass Effect games will always have a place in my heart and long may they live...

I doubt that. I love ME, yet I will never forget how much of a letdown the oiginal ending was. THE ORIGINAL ENDING. I can't even forget them (we have EC now hich addresses at least some of the concerns players had with it), how am I supposed to forget ALL the flaws?

Not saying Mass Effect isn't great, I think it has become my favorite SciFi-franchise, and yes, parts of it are wonderful, but it's nowhere near perfect.

whilst i hate the endings with a passion, i do not hate people simply because they like it, i can only hate things that they do, namely; telling me that i am inherently "wrong" in my opinion.

glad you liked ME3 OP, i did too (ending aside) and i still do.

just feel as though everyone deserves a better ending thatn the one we got.

Definitely agree. There's a good amount of stuff that I did not like throughout the series. The ending, the cover system, Miranda... the series has flaws, yeah. But it's still my favorite video game series of all time, through all of its highs and lows.

I generally enjoy the series, yes even the ending in ME3. The only downside for me is that there wasn't any M/M romance for the first two games, so it feels abrupted in term of RPG for my Shep.

I see the flaws and I still embrace the trilogy for what it is: one of the best gaming experiences I have ever had, possibly the best.  You don't have to ignore the flaws to see that.

Though every game in the trilogy has its flaws, some of which are harder to oversee than others, there is no series, absolutely none that has had such a huge impact on me.

Every game I buy gets compared to the ME games, and always ME comes out on top. So yeah, I'll add my voice to the thanksgiving here.
