Simyaz came up with a plan where they create a distraction by attacking the mind flayers.

My team kills the Kuo-Toans as planned.

Now I'm stuck. I can't escape.
I literally can't do it.

Both doors are locked. The one on the right and the one on the left.

I talk to Simyaz and he says "We begin the meditation. Slay these Kuo-toans and find our escape from this place. We will deal with the hated Illithid".

But there is one slight issue I have here. Well two.

The first is that I've already slain the Kuo-toans. All of them. I can't find the escape.


What do I do?


Edit. I did it. That was actually quite easy. Nalia's lock picking skills got me out of this sorry mess. Sorry for wasting your precious time.

The walkthrough I read told me to take the door on the right. But that door is locked.

I honestly don't know what to do. This is something that I'll never be able to figure out.

Nalia used her amazing lock picking skills to open that door. Silly silly me.

Why did it take me so long to figure that one out?


Do you ever get moments in games where you can't seem to figure out how to do something and then you figure it out later on (and it turns out to be pretty obvious)?
