Give an audible voice to the main PC. Allow party members to make Lyrium and health potions while they are in camp. Give the party members a stronghold where they can sleep, eat, make love. Give them servants and guards. The warden's keep DLC at soldiers peak, I thought that was going to serve as a hqts for the party members but was a disappointment. Do something about the long loading times. Enuff said.

Well, if you know herbalisam(sp?), you can make health poultices, though not sure if you can at camp unless your PC does.
They do have a stronghold, which is camp, and (Spoiler) you get one later on in the game, kind of. I was also a little dissappointed the Soldier's Peak did not serve as a HQ after it was reclaimed, but the story and items makes it still my second favorite part of the game. You (spoiler) kind of get guards, RP wise, but, you're a kick ass Grey Warden, so you're not supposed to need guards. Grey Wardens are kind of like peasant knights. Noble warriors who fend for themselves.

Audible voice to the main PC? You mean every line of dialogue voiced? No.
Ahem...actually you CAN make potions in camp. Just assemble a party with your potion makers. Then switch it after you're done to your traveling party.
The developers said there would not be a stronghold years ago. But honestly, given the storyline, I don't think you COULD have a permanent base.
I agree on the loading times. Some optimization would be nice.

Even if giving the player character a voice would require making all dialogue with different voices (Wise, cocky, Violent...), it would still be better than a speechless player.
That's one thing I have always hated about some games. Would make listening conversations a lot better when there's a voice asking the question that the NPC answers to. Now it sounds like the NPCs are all having monologues.
