Here's the blog post: blog.eu.playstation.com/2012/11/21/heads-up-store-update-21st-november-2012/
Mass Effect 3
Alternate Appearance Pack 1 (£1.59/€1.99)
Arsenal Pack (£2.39/€2.99)
N7 Equipment Pack (£1.99/€2.49)
Reserves Pack (£2.39/€2.99)
=================
So i bought the new "Mass Effect 3 - Arsenal Pack (Game Pack)" from the ME3 store (via PSN) for £2.39, and it unlocked nothing.
Normally the UK Goods & Sales Act ( www.legislation.gov.uk/ukpga/1979/54 ) would be stong here, as the product is
"Not fit for purpose", but then the desrciption is so vauge, maybe it has done something in the background?
I could consider it a donation to Bioware, fair enough, but i was expecting something...
Bioware: just what should this do?
BSN users: do not buy this until it's fixed.
