Hey Folks,

Just to let you know.  This offer was not meant to go live as of yet and we are working to rectify this.

Please do not attempt to purchase yet.

Cheers

Can you tell us if these are all singleplayer DLC packs or some of these are meant for the multiplayer store?

If these are upcoming packs, I expect Derek's under NDA.

Hey Again,

We are working with Sony to rectify this.  If you have been affected by this issue then please contact ME3AccountAdmin@bioware.com with your account details so we begin investigating.

Cheers

Something like this happened to me when they added "Downloadable Content" to the main menu. I went in, found lots of neat stuff, bought some of it, and never got anything. I contacted support and never got my money back. Only thing that happened after I contacted support was that the stuff was removed from the shop again.

It wasn't a large amount of money, so I decided to not spend extra energy trying to pursue the issue.
I'm on PS3 too.

Apparently multiplayer...

... i just logged in after contacting the email address above, and it said i had an Arsenal Pack. In it i received:
- 5 cobra missiles
- Power Efficiency Module III
- Incendiary Rounds III
- Incendiary Rounds IV
- Warp Rounds IV

Sorry, but how is that different from a PSP? (when you have everything maxed but URs). Very poor.

Maybe Arsenal pack is a better jumbo pack. With rare consumables inside.

Should have taken a picture of the Arsenal Pack before you opened it too...

That would be fantastic. I'll burn a million credits on those right now!

Maybe they gave you a PSP to make up for it. What is the price difference.

That can't be right. In credits, that would be exactly 112,125cr. You get more stuff out of a PSP than that, and a PSP is only 99,000cr.

Unfortunately it's like the old Challenge packs(?)  I selected "Multiplayer" from the main menu, and it went straight into the opening pack sequence, tried to grab my phone, but it's like a 3 second animation.
Bioware will know though, since it must of been manually applied by a human reviewing the case.

Both £2.39, so yes i bet they thought "fob him off with equivelent value".  I'd rather they just gave me the proper Arsenal pack when available....

If they bother to email me ".... case resolved..." i'll ask they deduct the items and wait it out

They aren't the same price.

PSP - 2.40€
Arsenal Pack - 2.99€

Or maybe, just maybe, the Arsenal pack will give you two Gold *weapons*, but as you've maxed those out, it defaults to two Level IV ammos instead of two empty spots.

Based on the names and descriptions I think we can figure out what each pack is:

Arsenal Pack: It's easy to smile when you're armed to the teeth! $3 / 240MSP
Most likely a weapon pack.

N7 Equipment Pack: Superior gear to round out your combat kit. $2.50 / 200MSP
Most likely a gear pack, as in the permanent ones, not equipment.

Reserves Pack: ??? $3 / 240MSP
Given the name, price, and what the others appear to be, most likely a character pack.

Does anyone know the description for the Reserves Pack?

It's a shame I finished my very last gear item a couple days ago, and now I only need UR/N7 levels; everything else is done.

Sounds likely imo. Pay slightly more but with slightly more control. Reserves will be characters. Good idea, only problem is the execution and releasing early. It's good for the game. I'll finally be able to max my gear.

That certainly support it being a character pack then, thanks Image IPB
