"Agarrar" only means "coger" in some countries around America: in Spain, "agarrar" means take and keep holding something, and it really sounds weird in this context; "coger" is more correct in this kind of action.

Well yeah I learned my Spanish in Mexico, and with that some words have different meanings. And we use coger in a COMPLETELY different context

I agree with this, however, keep in mind that the word "coger" means "f***" in Argentina. This from a friend born and raised in that country.
In those instances, "agarrar" would be appropriate.

I would suggest, OP that you use, with a heavy English accent "No granadas amigo" and s/he'll understand.:innocent:

It's probably not necessary though! Any french playing online will probably understand you if you just say it in english slowly enough, specifically if you have a tough accent to understand. A mild english or american accent(the ones most common on TV or movies) will usually do, a pronounced aussie, texan or scottish accent will absolutely not!

If you don't "eat" any syllable, it'll be ok.

well, I can help you with chinese: 别往撤退点跑(bie wang che tui dian pao), that's don't go to LZ.

小心后面（xiao xin hou mian）, that's "behind you"

I don't think it will help. The main culprit is the announcer. The accomplice is the taget market put right at extraction. Its just like when an infilitrator starts disarming 1234 and says "cover me". Many randoms take it that they should stand close to you to cover you.

So phrases/words that I used regularly were "very rude" to them and the other way around. Fun times are fun.
