Available In-Game Only (Not on PlayStation Store)
Mass Effect 3
Arsenal Pack — ($2.99)
Reserves Pack — ($2.99)
N7 Equipment Pack — ($2.49)
Sony probably just screwed up and announced it too early. No idea when they're actually coming out.

This same "announcement" happened months ago and guess what? No packs ever came.

the same amount of time put into making real money to put into the game, and teh time put into game to achieve credits, was pretty god damned balanced..
if they put cash only packs that's kind of grimey, tho they will probably have guaranteed URs or something.. which i don't MIND per se, but they should still be attainable in game, albeit SLIGHTLY harder, but not TOO imbalanced. Enough to give people incentive to buy with real cash, but not enough to ****** everyone off basically

that was cleared long time ago by BW, those are only test packs before ME3 release
Those were different packs:

When we sell/release Reinforcement Packs through Sony, we are required
to submit them for certification testing at least 3 weeks prior to the
date a pack would be sold.
Edit: Although I suppose it's possible they've already gone though the certification testing. Maybe they'll go live next Tuesday. Or not. We'll see.

I'm pretty sure you'll be able to buy them for credits, since in an interview they said that they liked how the store was now since it gave a leveled playing field for those who want to spend money and for those who want to play for it. I.E. you aren't really able to buy power.
