I'm certain it's only possible on PC and only if you tamper with/modify the game files. (Which means us PS3 and Xbox 360 folk miss out). Not sure if that could be picked up as "cheating" by BioWare when they do their scans to check for cheaters. You are afterall altering the game files yourself. I'd be carefull with stuff like that if I were you.

Anyway I think it would be cool if BioWare would make indevidual banners for each character. Also it would be awesome if we could get banners of all of Shepard's squadmates throughout the series. They could hold special challenges for those banners. Such as for example get 200 headshot medals with the Incisor Sniper Rifle to unlock the Garrus banner.

To get Texmod to work with ME3 first download it and place the .exe in the same directory that your ME3 .exe is in.

• Rename "MassEffect3".exe to "MassEffect3a"
  
• Rename "TexMod".exe to "MassEffect3"
  
• Launch ME3 through the Origin client
  
• TexMod will now open
  
• Rename "MassEffect3".exe back to "TexMod".exe
  
• Rename"MassEffect3a".exe back to "MassEffect3".exe

With Texmod now open selt the target application to "MassEffect3".exe.  From here you could load a texmod with texmod in package mode and select run to get that replacement texture in the game.

To create your own texmod this Video is a great tutorial.

If you would like I can put together some banners in their own texmod.
Here is the texmod I made for the example image if you would like to see how it works. Link

This banner replaces the geth mastery banner in the game.  For this to show up you must have the geth mastery challenge completed and set as your banner.

Would you? I watched the tutorial and didn't understand the half of it ;-)

You'd be my hero if you could make one that replaces the Council Operative with the Justicar one or the Valkyre one that bluebeam made.

Looks like you already picked a banner cuz I'd make your request a priority ;-)
