I would rather be walking down the street when some hobo out of no where says "I was born in London."

Wow! This thread is still going strong, so I'll say it again: the idea of any kind of crossover between the two universes beyond easter eggs (e.g. the Ogre statue in Hock's collection in ME 2's DLC Stolen Memory) is a stupid idea. The most I'd ever want to see of Sheploo would be an NPC blatantly modeled after him, and even that would be a bit much, although if it featured this face

I'd probably enjoy for the LULZ. I'd like to see it show up in some unexpected place like on a statue, a painting or an Orlesian tapestry!

*me3 spoilers*
Well, that famous 'breath' at the end of ME3 could be Shepard after getting thrown through some sort of singularity or [insert generic sci-fi gateway term] after refusing the star brat and blowing everything to hell and finding himself mired in a Ferelden compost heap. Bad idea? Sure, but a cut scene of the Shep venting about the crazy batpoop ending with the catalyst would be amusing. This best be kept in the realm of fan-fiction, if at all.

Oh, God. Just thinking about this makes me feel dirty. Like I accidentally stumbled into some fanfic freakshow where Harry Potter and Draco Malfoy get married and magically conceive children.
What the hell is wrong with you, OP?

I said this on another thread, and I'll say it again.
If BioWare ties Dragon Age and Mass Effect together, I'll kill a puppy. I'm. Not. Kidding.

Allowing Shepard into the DA universe leaves the door open for the Star Child. We already have problems with normal magic; just imagine how bad everything will be with space magic!

IF Thedas is in fact a planet within the ME Universe, then MAYBE. But we already have human in Thedas. And to have the exact same dominent ****** sapiens species so far apart in another planet within a galaxy so far, far away just seems...extremely unlikely to me.

I only play western fantasy RPGs so it would spoil the game for me.

I think a cameo character with the voice of Jennifer Hale/Mark Meer could be funny for fans of both series'. Maybe use a line like "I'll take it" in a market some where, when you pass by.

Nope. I am a fan of sci fi and a fan of fantasy, but I don't really care for them mixed. Its not something I would ever buy.
You don't like the Warhammer 40k universe?
Nope.
Space Marines! space Marines. SPACE MARINES! SPACE marines! (Impossible to go 10 seconds without someone yelling) Space Marines!
HERETICS!

Shepard in DA is a bit too much crossover.
However, perhaps, as our protagonist's accomplishments grow, he/she finds a devout fan: a minor Orlesian noble named Konrad de Verner, who gets into all kinds of trouble trying to emulate the protagonist.

Actually in DAO there was a codex (a peom i think)
in the deep roads which was an apparent cameo to mass effect
"Mass will have an effect"

were two of the lines....

Dragon Age themed N7 armor would be cool, maybe two omni-blades for daggers. As for the OP, no thanks.
