Question: Flame Turret Fire Explosion Mechanics

Hi,

Can someone explain to me how Geth and Quarian Flame Turret work in conjuncture with fire explosions? I've been using Geth Flame Turret with Overload (1 chain evo + last shield damage) to get FE, but it seems to me it doesn't FE every time. Is there a delay to prime the target for FE by turret? How much then? Is there a on-host/off-host issue?

That was my last build to be honest and I enjoyed it a lot, recently respeced to give old flame a try :)

I think they only cause an explosion once per cast so you have to put up another torrent for a second fire explosion. I'm not sure though.

Are you sure I need another torrent :blink:?  Kidding :devil:. Hmm, need to test then.

 Just some things to remember ~ Use it to get explosions off enemies with Heath and Armor. Also if you are looking to get a fire explosion, for example with the Female Quarian Engineer ~ the flame must be currently burning the enemy to set it off ( or if your turret's flame is setting off the explosion, the enemy must currently be burning from something such as Incinerate ). Also I have experienced that when I am not hosting the Fire Explosions sometimes go off and sometimes they don't :3 With your Geth Engineer, just remember to follow the rules above, time it and wait for you Turrets flame to start and use Overload <3 Hope that helps!
