How many robe cuts were there for mages? No just different colors or shades but true different types of armor in da2?

I swear I played half of DA2 in the same robes maybe not the same stats but the same cut and color.

Dont give warriors 90 different plate armors and give mages 5 different robes please.

Oh and for the love of the Maker something half way attractive for Rogues.

Amen, brother.

The most joy I got out of the two dlc's from DA2 were the rogue and mage outfits, since they were completely different from what was in the original game. It shows Bioware can actually make cool outfits for those two classes.

I especially liked the Mark of the Assassin armor for my rogue. Was very classy.

It's not like warriors had 90 different plate armours to choose from, most looked the same but with different stats. Still it was alot more variation the mages had. I don't understand why the warrior armour you got in MoTA looked the same as the armour of the fallen, that was just plain lazy.

Also, BioWare has started with this new, crazy idea that mages can wear... Pants! Pants! Can you believe it? I pray to the maker that BioWare will continue doing this.

"Attractive" is pretty darn subjective. Even the notion of "half way attractive" is going to differ from player to player.

Kirkwall didn't seem to have many tailors, but I suspect we might see broader attire options in the next game, since it seems it won't be single-city-centric.

But thats what dlc is for. All the nice unique robes aren't gonna be in your local kirk-wal-mart. There at your hoity toity uptown shops. Places that have admission fees just to enter so as to keep out the rabble.

So why are the epic 100kg massive armors available at Kirkwalls wallmart? ;)

I remember in Origins being all excited when finding a new robe with excellent stats. Then I would put it on only to discover that it was the exact same robe only with better stats.<_<

Didn't play DA2 as a mage, but as a rogue. There was different designs for the rogue but nearly everything was fugly as hell.

The armour/clothing in general is a bit iffy in both Origins and DA2 regardless of what class you are, though it does seem certain classes have less than others. I too would hope for more variation on armours in general (and hopefully some better looking ones too).

I bet that Bioware could just email a few DA2 modders and tell them hey we need more clothing and armor types and the submissions would flood in by the 100s if not the 1000s.

Yes, give my mage some good looking outfits. More armour for one, wool and silk aren't too good at stopping swords and arrows.

Some of the rouge armour was nice, but a lot was just....ugh.

Meh. Mage outfits have been getting progressively cooler(The hats being the exception). So I have high hopes for DA3.
