 i looked at my character profiles and got lots of broken images.

while playing the game, logging in the first time is fine.
but a couple of hours into the game, a popup will say it's unable to contact the servers and get disconnected.

something wrong with the PSN-bioware integration?


PS. you can see the broken images by clicking on my forum name.

I can't remember who posted / where I read it in these forums but you need to create a character without changing the background or tilting his / her head angle if you use a PS3.



Fourth time lucky for me and I got this handsome elf fella...



You seem to have a couple of black background characters already though. Was that accidental or did you read the forums first?

actually the 2 that successfully got through had backgrounds on my PS3 games.

I think it's best that any of the Bioware developers can shed some light on this.
Instead of by trial and error.

I am also having this problem.My new characters faces do not show up in here on the forums. Only my first one, and that one had tilted head and a changed bagground, so that can not be the problem.

i'm having this same problem... i got a tilted head and background on both of my characters... seems kinda lame if that has something to do with it... though i don't know how you would have done it the first time.

All my characters have tilted heads and I have also changed their background in their portrait. I've had many characters upload with broken images, and the only way for me to fix it was to delete the characters and make new ones. And then while playing through the origin story I then make sure that a) I don't get the timeout message otherwise I quit to the main menu and reload, I don't log onto this site until 4-5+ hours later. I find if I login here too early, the character portraits are uploaded broken.



Now if only my characters' equipment gets visually updated, hasn't worked for any of my characters except for my first one.
