"Most" do?
I take it you have evidence for this, then? Have you polled the ME fanbase, then? What were your findings? What sample size did you use? Do you have a link to the results?

Only took you 8 months but at least we have one less person being constantly negative around here.

Was your comment really necessary? Im sure that with an attitude like that, there is a fair few number who would be saying "oh I wish you would leave instead/too".

I still feel I can't leave for the sake of ME1

May I suggest diving in to the lore of the Halo universe if you already have not? It and Borderlands 2 have kept my mind off Mass Effect's less than stellar finale.

It is very easy to kick someone when they are down, just remember that one day you will be down.

1. Auto-dialogue and streamlined Shepard
2. Glowboy and everything about ending
3. Crucible plot
4. No exploration
5. No ME2 crew
6. Almost no side-missions (fetch quests)
7. Beginning to the point of being almost unplayable with even worse writing than ending
8. Very limited ability to interact with crewmembers
9. Cerberus bastardization
10. Journal
11. Kelly Chambers treatment
12. Tali's face
13. Too much focus on Liara
14. Romances are less engaging
1. I prefer dialogue system from ME1&2. At least this feels most cinematic.
2. That's a matter of personal preference. I like the endings. I only don't like his manifestation as a boy.
3. The Crucible - a deus ex machina that was absolutelly inevitable. I was expecting this since ME1.
4. This is major flaw. I agree with you.
5. They are in the game, but not in your mission. I don't care, I prefer the old friends from ME1
6. There are few that are not fetch quest, but generally side missions in ME3 feels very weak.
7. ME is a trilogy. If you are lost in the plot it's only your problem.
8. Only LI are limited. Other are fine. Still a shame.
9. Cerberus are antagonists ever since. But things went to hell since TIM got indoctrinated after ME2.
10. I got used to it since ME2 where it went to hell.
11. I have no problem with that. That just pointed how Cerberus gone bad.
12. I don't care, but I'm still curious how does quarians look like.
13. The focus is not that big actually.
14. That's connected with point 8.

Just want to give my 2 cent on this one. Despite checking the BSN every day I have never really posted in threads beside the LOL ones because of forumers like you, from either side, who think they represent the entirety of the game's fanbase and therefore their position is the only right one.
Let me tell you something, there is more people like me out there that looked at the forum immediately after having finished the game, and hated it, but took a step back and decided not to post. Anyone I know who played the game hated it, some didn't even get the Leviathan DLC because of that, I did in the hope that could fill some of the plotholes and make the ending more bereable. Well, it didn't, and I won't certainly get the Omega DLC until it is the reviewed by other gamers, in here and other forums. I have all the ME games and all the DLC for the previous two but I refuse to by a DLC that just give more hubs to fight and does not add anything to game' story.
I really don't know how you could think that you represent a majority of the fans, honestly, from where I stand (ie. the outside of BSN) you only represent a minority of people.
PS. this is my first and last proper post so don't even bother trowing silly insults at me as I won't be taking into a fight.

I wonder how long people are going to make stupid and whiny complaints that ME 2 and ME 3 ruined 'exploration' when the 'exploration' in ME 1 consisted, as I've said countless times, of driving around on cookie cutter planets looking for rocks. That is not exploration, and the amount of people who constantly shill it as so sure does get tiresome.
You can complain about the size or lack thereof of the "cookie-cutter" planet maps and the objectives lying within.
But it was exploration. And really the first of that kind for sci-fi. It wasn't about how large or small the areas were, it wasn't about what you were looking for. It was about tilting the Mako camera angle to look at the sky, to look at the different planets orbiting in the distance, sometimes asteroids and comets plumetting from orbit. The different suns and shades of colour. The Earth and it's detail (for it's time) while driving around on Luna.
You often post on these forums with a solid opinion of what is fact and what is not. But in this case you're simply not correct. It was exploration. And I wasted most of my hours in ME1 doing just that.
