If you just explained why and that left, it would be OK. By injuring people with different opinions at the end of your post, knowing, that you don't care about some ban anymore, you just turned your farewell in pathetic aggrieved gesture.

I agree. The explanation on why the OP didn't like the endings or ME3 in general was constructive and reasonable. But was completely ruined by that very last line. Ha, the irony in that.

This is my last post on these boards. I want to send the last message. Bioware and EA screwed up potentially the most successful of their games. Everything was prepared for greatness at two previous games. However, they chose to run it into the ground.

I have a lot of problems with this game. They can be put into three categories - restricting, major flaws and minor flaws.

Restricting which make game REALLY unplayable:

1. Auto-dialogue and streamlined Shepard
2. Glowboy and everything about ending

Major flawes which are greatly responsible for my hate towards the game:

3. Crucible plot
4. No exploration
5. No ME2 crew
6. Almost no side-missions (fetch quests)
7. Beginning to the point of being almost unplayable with even worse writing than ending
8. Very limited ability to interact with crewmembers
9. Cerberus bastardization

Minor flaws which are bad, but tolerable:

10. Journal
11. Kelly Chambers treatment
12. Tali's face
13. Too much focus on Liara
14. Romances are less engaging

Game is bad, those who made it what it is should feel bad and should know they will never get my money.

Also, EC is very bad, compared to original ending being horrible. Those who say that EC "fixed" something are deluding themselves, from 1/10 to 3/10 is surely improvement, but not much.

Everyone who knows this have already left forums. Only fanboys stay here to lick Bioware ego in hope they will get discount.

hhahahahahaha......you'll come back again........you'll buy the fourth part ;)

I hate the ending like the next person, but dude, I envy you. You must never have really played a bad game if you consider ME 3 bad. ME 3 is a good game (note I said good, not great, there's a difference) with decent amount of time you can sink in it, especially if you try MP. That being said, I wouldn't recommend it to anyone at full price.

So since it's not about how 'large or small' the areas are, or how detailed they are, I guess there would be no complaints if the developers used recycled, cramped, and uninteresting levels so long as they put in a pretty sky? Because that's what matters?

When did I say it's not about how detailed they are? Mass Effect 1 was ****ing damn good for it's time. The combat was the only lacking feature (imho)..

I guess you didn't play it in 2007.

Furthermore, apart from the interior "bunker" type sections, Mass Effect didn't have any recycled planet maps.

I loved running around in the mako in ME1. I loved not only the scenery but how they incorporated side missions on a lot of the planets, I prefered this alot better than the ME3 listening in on people's conversation side quests.
I would have loved for them to have kept and improved the planet exploration in ME2 and ME3.

You see this is what Mass Effect used to be all about. It was the perfect game for those who had a wanderlust for space. It was about exploring the galaxy, landing on planets, interacting with alien races and completing in depth side missions, all before saving the day. But then ME3 came along and turned the franchise into a glorified shooter, because we gotta have that CoD audience don't we?

I fell ya bro. I will still lurk the forums and comment from time to time, but I don't think I have much fight left in me either. Gonna try and stick it till the end of the DLC cycle.

Auto-dialogue and restricted crew-conversations -->("Hello Shepard", "Commander.", "Not right now" and non-cinematic conversations with no dialogue options)<-- suck, and they ruined the game for me even before the ending. I think the endings are okay, but not great, but the opening of the game is horrible. Terrible writing and forced drama.

"Game is bad, those who made it what it is should feel bad and should know they will never get my money."

yet, they already did (DING). So I'm guessing you meant "get my money anymore"

"Also,
EC is very bad, compared to original ending being horrible. Those who
say that EC "fixed" something are deluding themselves, from 1/10 to 3/10
is surely improvement, but not much."

and you post this now...not back then? Not back when the EC came out...only now? Love to waste time with stuff you hate, huh? At least the EC explained why Joker was racing against the wave, which was my biggest concern.

"Everyone who knows this have already left forums. Only fanboys stay here to lick Bioware ego in hope they will get discount."

And yet here you were posting on the forums. In fact if you bother to reply...just becomes laughable. I would say there is a good 50/50 of people who hate and like Mass Effect 3 on here. Those who hate still come here to share thier opinions...or are still playing the game either single or multiplayer which totally makes them looks like hypocrites.

Your opinon is your opinion and it's part of being a Bioware Social member. But seriously, if you hate the game so much, don't bother posting about it, just leave it. Post it on a retail website like Amazon where your review of a product could actually help somebody's questionable purchase.

I always love it when someone states their opinion, then insults everyone else who may have a different opinion than himself.  Give me a break.

I agree with about half of what the OP wrote.  But, aside from the ending and less engagement with ME2 characters, they are minor flaws.  Even so, I found ME3 to be the most enjoyable of the three games, and most of that has to do with the gameplay and story (excluding the aforementioned items).

Following the OP's example, I'd like to say that anyone who would rate ME3 as a 1/10 or even 3/10 is worthy of scorn for being such a crybaby.  Are you so blind that you can't see past your beefs with the game?

How do those ruin the game for people. It's not like Bio gave you less squadmate conversations when they added those one -liners

.... you did know that, right?

Also, what is there more to talk about? If you played ME1 and ME2, you pretty much know the story for species and crewmates by now. The clock was ticking, earth and the galaxy had to be saved. Do you think Shepard had time to sit there and know every crew mates story all over again? ME3 was about the end and it's story and dialogue needed to be focused on that.

Look OP, you do have a constructive opinion, but forum posting about this now and espeicially right before another single player DLC is released is a wasted effort. You would argue the damage is done, and it has according to your synopsis. So this goes out to you and everbody else who still want to forum post about ME3.
