There are a ton of choices and everyone in the thread has got you covered. My personal favorites are GPS and wraith.

Wraith is definitely the best all purpose shotgun, GPS is great if you're hosting and/or having trouble with Phantoms and Dragoons, Graal is also great when hosting. I'm planning on trying out the buffed Crusader (since I have it at VIII!) myself.
