I'd also like Jack Wall back.

One of the main things that ME3 didn't screw up was the soundtrack so yes, bring back Sam. His work is phenomenal. Would be great if we could get Jack Wall back as well but I doubt that will happen.

I swear - if they bring in an outside composer again I will have a **** fit. It just isn't the same. Each composer has his own different style to his own product. John Williams IS Star Wars. Guys like Zimmer and Mansell are good but not for Mass Effect - it simply isn't a good fit for a series that already has it's own distinctive style.

I feel the same. One of my complaints for Halo 4 was the music.

I say it should be the three of them. That, or move on completely and let Trent Reznor & Atticus Ross (The social Network, Girl with the Dragon Tattoo, How To Destroy Angels) take over completely to make take it all a bit deeper.

That said, I'd like to suggest Carbon Based Lifeforms as an alternative to Sam Hulick and Jack Wall. Don't get me wrong--they're both great. That said, CBL really captures the 'sound of space'. If any of you want to intuitively disagree, listen to MOS 6581 first. A link is below:

I think Neil Davidge did a great job on Halo 4. But I can understand how you feel, O'Donnell is great and his work on the previous Halo games was phenomenal.Ghost1017 wrote...

Despite the fact Sam and Jack made the 'original' soundtrack that I love, Clint Mansell blew them out of the water with only two tracks on ME3.

rubbish
Jack and Sam did some amazing work on ME1 & ME2 - which imo are better all round soundtracks than ME3 (not that me3 is bad, but just not as good as ME2) For all the hype over Clints role in the ME3 soundtrack, i found it a bit 'meh'. Jack Wall would be a shoe in for me. Sam as well. If they are going to change composer completely - which they might do - then maybe a complete change of direction is needed..... dunno who i'd suggest to be honest.
