Good idea, though now I'm curious of what exactly what this is. A bit too curious :crying:

Must be IT DLC.

Sorry, I had to.

Does this prove IT?
I hope it doesn't.

IT...great fanfic...dont want it in game.  If BW breaks down and gives in to this...it will make them weak and seemingly incapable of originality. The fans that are all for IT will say BW did a goodjob...at the same time patting themselves on the back. They will also say BW NEEDS THEM. Everytime BW does something thereafter...people are gonna be all over them saying how THEY were the ones that saved BW from failure...and their products are crap without constant fan input and advice.

It's definitely good to hear Patrick Weekes is involved. One may be curious.

So... they can all fail together? Until they show us beyond a shadow of a doubt they are willing to put actual work into anything again, they are not to be trusted. These people thought ME3 was a great effort, their judgement is extremely suspect.

Products are crap without consumer input.

That's why there are things like, you know, focus groups. And surveys And stuff.

It's not exactly fan-fic. You're taking the clues that are already in the game and interpreting it. If they use it, that's great.

The EC was made from constructive consumer input. Yup, they listened to what you, the customer had to say, and they provided you a DLC because of it. However, they had to keep those requests within reason though. Some people had some pretty insane requests that couldn't be done.

See, there was a time when people voiced opinions, and if certain ideas weren't used in the developers game, it wasn't a big deal. It just seems like now a days, everyone thinks everything is the end of the world and a matter of life and death of something if an idea doesn't get used.

When general consensus about ME3 was that "Everything was good but the ending" back when it came out, I think it was a "great effort" for them. I think we can trust them.

Alright, everyone (including myself) should try to avoid conflict now. Don't want to turn this into a fight.
It's not a fight right now, though just don't want it to end that way.

Healthy discussion yadayadayada, writers everywhere. Still curious about what people think this might be however. =]

it is elaborate fan-fic!
based on speculation by individuals interpreting supposed "clues."

They made the worst quest tracking system in this generation of gaming (including the Wii and cell phone games) that was not only a "poor" effort but incredibly poor management for that to ever be approved into the game. And so much of ME3 (before that last 5 minutes) shares this total lack of quality.

If they do write in IT, or some other reason why the ending is not real, then I might consider buying the DLC. I don't think they will, but if they do.. it might be worth looking into.

THat would be the first DLC for ME3 that i would CHECK.

Since Patrick Weekes and John Dombrow are in it. Specially Dombrow, since the best of ME3 was written by him.

I'll admit I'm intrigued what sort of storyline that may imply if every writer on deck is coming up at once. And now...for massive speculation.

Some think this might be the last DLC even. Your thoughts?

Possible, I don't know. With ME2, we had(not counting free ones a la Zaeed/Hammerhead) Kasumi, Overlord, LotSB, and Arrival. There's a relatively fair chance it's the last one, but I won't be holding my breath quite yet.

The Credits roll out, everyone thinks that was it, but suddenly you see a close up of Shep's face waking up in bed with a sore butt. He turns and sees Vega smiling. NOOOOOOOOO!

"It was all a dream!!"

seriously...I WOULD BE PISSED if they pulled that cliche' lame cheesy crap.

people bag on the "bad writing" in ME3...but would be cool with that?   nah.

IF IT were to happen......it would only be cool and okay if IT started right when TIM bumps into Shep and Anderson. any sooner and any later would be super awesome all too great WTF!

edit:  CANCEL that....if Shep does get indoctrinated....AND if Harby is the Starchild (which is not the case...ESPECIALLY after Leviathan confirms it is a VI) than Shep's proximity to Habry gonna make it damn near impossible for him to break mind control.....since the seeds have already been planted

A sound strategy.  If there is one thing we should all know by now, it is not to get our hopes up.
