No, but getting all excited about getting all the writers on now doesn't make sense if they wrote it 3-4 months ago.
And no, I never believed the Light DLC thing.
"Guardian" was a nickname given to the Citadel DLC, which is on its way.
And the collector weapons thing (nice trawling of the clevernoob forums by the by) was an off-hand comment based on the fact that the gameplay demo we got for Omega showed Collector weapons.

So yeah, back to what I actually said on here:

-They're almost certainly not talking about the Citadel DLC, that was written months ago, is already partially complete and in testing and will likely come out late January or early February.
-This would imply that the end of the DLC cycle won't be until more than a year after release...

I, for one, hope it is an Allers DLC (you will need all the writers to cover the war assets alone)

Or a Kai Leng expansion dlc so we can finally have a Triple Kai Leng Theory Reveal.

I don't know, do we? Between people wanting a new ending, people wanting a new game, people wanting IT, people wanting clousure, people wanting cameos, people wanting love interest, people wanting exploration, people wanting everyone to shut up, and people wanting people who want everyone to shut up to shut up, I honestly don't think there's ever going to be anything that the "we" want, even with the overlapping interest that occur.

Almost certainly not. The level structure etc was done months ago and from what some of the devs have said bits of the Citadel DLC are done and in testing, ergo it's long past the writing stage.

Either this is SPDLC5 or SPDLC6, with 5 most likely being the Citadel one, it's going to be interesting to see exactly what the whole crew is working on.

Leviathan had five out of the eight, so adding three more doesn't exactly convince me this is going to be Mass Effect's DA: Awakening or anything. Still, I liked Leviathan, so I'm OK with that, just tempering expectations and all.
