Having N7 classes would be cool though it would probably be easier to get their special powers as bonus powers or something along that line. Like allowing Shepard to utilize the hawk missile power from the N7 Destroyer class.

You just want more Jack content, I bet.

I'm alright with the old ME:2 squadmates just being war assets or just having a cameo. Though I will say that I wasn't impressed with ME:3 squadmate lineup. But ah well I suppose.

I would also like to see the Collector Weapons in single player. Perhaps release another weapon pack dlc that has only collector weapons like the assault rifle and the smg.

Or a dlc that has the collectors back hunting shepard for the loss of their base/general.

That would be a worthwhile dlc. I don't believe it could be entirely improbable since the collectors are enemies for multiplayer. Perhaps even team up with some of your old ME:2 sqaudmates to help deal with the collectors. They could make the Collector Assault Rifle be available for single player use or just allow all the Collector weaponry to be available for single player use.

Just so I don't beat a dead horse by reiterating that I'd love an entirely new ending...
-- A new squadmate DLC, a la Kasumi or Javik. Something with a standalone set of missions AND a new companion who can make a new run-through of ME3 more entertaining. I'd love a unique Batarian, but that's just me.
-- Post-ending DLC. Even if the ending sucked, I wouldn't mind continuing from there simply to see the destroyed world left behind. If done right, it may actually make the weaknesses of the Extended Cut blur a bit.
-- A political drama DLC. I mean something that has LESS combat and MORE negotiations, decisions, stealth, squadmate interactions, etc. I realize that combat is easier and cheaper, but the combat isn't why I love ME as a series. Having a DLC focus on bringing a planet together to join the cause against the Reapers, with intrigue and plot twists and solid writing, could be the best DLC yet.

New armor & weapons. Bring back some of the squad mates from ME2 & open up some new areas where I visit again over time. Visiting the Citadel is just getting dull.

Personally I'd prefer something that sheds a little bit more light on why the Reapers haven't completely steamrolled through the galaxy. Something that sheds more light on the Reaper War.
How about Terra Nova? We first encountered it in Bring Down the Sky and it gets invaded during ME3 by the Reapers.
How about a Dieppe style attempt by the Alliance to retake Terra Nova? In an attempt to retake its territory, a brash Admiral of the Alliance launches an invasion of the planet. Hackett request Shepard to superivse the admiral take "measures" to ensure minimization of loss.
The initital invasion goes well, with Shepard leading an armoured charge (a vehicular section, wink wink.). Have fun running over all manner of husks with your vehicle. Then the assault reaches its objective.
Perhaps could also be an opportunity to showcase the Virmire Survivor. Cue linking up with their unit (Kaiden's Biotic company and Ashley's "droptrooper" company). Some dialogue that sheds on their career after the destruction of the SR1 Normandy.
Cue Shepard fighting through a Reaper processing facility (A landed Reaper ship?), complete with victims whom are at various stages of huskification (A Renegade/Paragon Interrupt wrt to a victim whom is still conscious). Could even allow us to engage against Scions or Praetorians.
A companion will hypothesize that since the Reapers have been denied their Citadel and Arlakh gateways, they now have to fight for every system now and are stopping to recuperate their losses at high population planets. Destroy the facility and head back to the command vessel.
Cue Admiral Brash, boasting about how he has gained a victory for the Alliance....and then the Reapers show up. A horde of Reaper vessels show up and begin attacking the assembled fleet. Cue Shepard fighting through the hallways of a dreadnaught that is being boarded by Reaper forces.
Another tough decision comes up. Do you vent a section of the ship to deny the Reapers a foothold (at the expense of the crew whom are in that section) or do you decide to clear it out yourself in a potentially high-casualty attack?
If you saved the Destiny Ascension, you are able to call the massive Dreadnaught in to secure an exit corridor and buy time for the fleet to recover its ground elements. If not the fleet's dreadnaughts volunteer to draw off the Reapers at the cost of their lives.
At this point Admiral Brash has lost it. He began rambling how his fleet will make their glorious last stand against the Reapers and/or retake Terra Nova.
Cue Renegade Interrupt to shoot the Admiral in the head and use your Spectre Status to take command of the Fleet. Or Paragon Interrupt to simply knock him out.
At the end your actions will decide how much of the fleet is able to succesfully retreat from Terra Nova. You failed to retake the planet, but at least managed to destroy the Reaper's infrasture there. Now the Alliance's last hope rests on the Crucible.

That would be an interesting dlc. Could possibly throw in Ilium. I would support a batarian squadmate, perhaps as a sentinel? Though I still highly urge for a Randall Ezno sqaudmate dlc. A Collector based dlc would probably be an emotional story arc for Javik since he's killing his own people or used to be his people. And I am in agreement that I would enjoy more places to interact in then the Citadel. Perhaps Cerberus was working on a mega city that was an entire laboratory and the Director is the head of that project. So Randall contacts Shepard to help him out. And the city could almost span half a planet's length.

I remember reading a rumour ages ago that there was a DLC about an undiscovered Mass Relay being found. Exploring a new region of the Milky Way that has never been found until now? Yes please.

More squadmates would be great. I loved the additional squadmates in ME2, but I think it would be great to make new romantic interests. It's too bad you can't permanently recruit Nyreen in the Omega DLC even though she seems to be a very compelling character and could've been an awesome love interest. The squadmates dlc doesn't necessarily have to be huge in scope, but it must contain a good story and an interesting cast of characters. The Kasumi and Zaeed DLC from ME2 provided both.

Play as the love interest of Sheperd after the final moments according to whatever ending you chose and how good or bad it was due to the galactic readiness/war assets:wizard:

They did a good job of hiding all the fun stuff during the sex scenes, they should just do an optional DLC for 18+ to download and get interactive if you catch my meaning
