Ok, i'm new and i'm sure this has been posted a thousand times, but when does Varathorn (Dalish Camp) begin selling his Tome of Mortal Vessel? I've seen some posts saying after 2 treaty quests, and some that say you need to complete 3 treaty quests. So which is it?
Any help would be greatly appreciated...

That would be 3.
Get 3 of the 4 possible armies first.(if you get both golems and dwarfs it still counts as 1 army ) You can even get the tomes before killing the elves if you save them for last.
