Yes, I too hate when my teammates steal my kills and thus rob me of my rightfully earned experience and credits which absolutely aren't the same for everyone in the match no matter what you score.

Well actually I play multiplayer games to try to feel better about myself, I always quit whenever someone else is better than me, it hurts me deep, down, where the sun don't shine...

I don't begrudge the kill-stealing. It's not about score. It's about a quick match.
What I hate is when they run off to kill every last thing on the map when we're supposed to be hacking or escorting the drone.
Teamwork: it makes the dream work.

Vanguards are fun to play, but are no fun to play with.
Everytime I see a Vanguard in the lobby I'll leave. Not because of that I don't know how the credits or the XP mechanics work, but when you're left with a lousy Bronze kill medal but a Gold assist medal just because some 13 year old only knows how to push two buttons is annoying.
But most of the times they die a lot and for some reason nobody ever is in a hurry of reviving them, which often results in ragequits.

I hate when I'm a vanguard in health gate and someone lobs a grenade in the middle of the mob that I'm stuck in killing everything, and then I get killed by something across the map.

See that works both ways. Vanguards need their charge to stay alive. Or at least that's what I use it for. Well that and to close the gap between me and the enemy.

I'm sure the other classes require a lot more buttons than that.

You know a new Call of Duty game got released recently, only 30 quid at Tesco's at the mo, that might be more suitable for skill-showing.
